Please note:
1. Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled.
2. For shipped orders, please contact the carrier to reject the package upon delivery. Once the package is returned to XGIMI, the refund process will be initiated.
3. After orders are successfully canceled, you will receive a full refund credited back to the original purchasing account. The refund process may take 2-7 business days, depending on the bank's official processing time.
