Terms & Conditions – HORIZON 30 Series Pre-Order

Promoter

• This promotion (the "Promotion") is organized and operated by XGIMI, with its registered office at FLAT 1503 15/F CARNIVAL COMMERCIAL BUILDING 18 JAVA ROAD NORTH POINT HK.
• By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are not eligible to participate or do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not participate in this promotion.

Promotional Period

• The HORIZON 30 Series Pre-Order Offer begins on October 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM CEST and ends on October 31, 2026, unless otherwise stated.
• Eligible pre-orders placed outside the Promotional Period will not qualify for the promotional benefits.

Eligibility

• This Pre-Order Offer is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in eligible regions served by participating XGIMI websites in Europe and North America, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
• The Pre-Order Offer is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
• The Pre-Order Offer is available only for eligible HORIZON 30 Series products purchased through participating XGIMI official websites during the Promotional Period.

Pre-Order Fulfillment

• HORIZON 30 Pro: Estimated to ship in early November 2026.
• HORIZON 30 Max: Estimated to ship in early November 2026.
• HORIZON 30 Ultra Max: Estimated to ship in mid-November 2026.
• Eligible orders will generally be shipped in the order in which they are received, subject to product availability and fulfillment conditions.
• The estimated shipping date is for reference only and is not guaranteed. Actual shipping times may vary by region, order, product availability, logistics, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond XGIMI’s reasonable control.

Pre-Order Offer Details

1. How to Qualify
• To qualify for the Pre-Order Offer, customers must place an eligible HORIZON 30 Series pre-order through a participating XGIMI official website during the Promotional Period.
• Promotional benefits are available only while supplies last.
• A valid pre-order must be successfully placed in accordance with the applicable payment and order requirements displayed on the website.
• Orders that are canceled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise determined to be ineligible may not qualify for the promotional benefits.

2. Free Gifts
• Each eligible HORIZON 30 Series pre-order will qualify for the following free gifts, subject to availability:
    • One (1) XGIMI Floor Stand (Elephant Grey) or one (1) XGIMI Ceiling Mount (2026)
    • Two (2) 3D Glasses
• The Floor Stand and Ceiling Mount are alternative gift options and will not be provided together.
• Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied toward the purchase price of the projector.
• Free gifts cannot be exchanged for another product or benefit, except where required by applicable law.
• XGIMI may substitute a free gift with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised gift becomes unavailable, subject to applicable law.

3. XGIMI Ascend Coupon
• Each eligible HORIZON 30 Series pre-order will qualify for one (1) £400 XGIMI Ascend Coupon.
• The £400 XGIMI Ascend Coupon is intended for use with the XGIMI Ascend program when it becomes available.
• Each customer may use the £400 XGIMI Ascend Coupon once only.
• The £400 XGIMI Ascend Coupon is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
• The £400 XGIMI Ascend Coupon cannot be used toward the purchase of the HORIZON 30 Series projector or any other XGIMI product.
• Additional information regarding the redemption process and applicable terms of the XGIMI Ascend Coupon will be provided when the XGIMI Ascend program becomes available.
• XGIMI Ascend is a projection screen product currently expected to launch in early 2027. The £400 XGIMI Ascend Coupon is intended for use after the XGIMI Ascend program becomes available and cannot be redeemed before the program launch. The launch date, availability, specifications, pricing, and applicable terms are subject to change.

4. Total Promotional Value
• The advertised total value of the HORIZON 30 Series Pre-Order Offer is up to £551‬.
• The stated total value represents the maximum combined value of the promotional benefits available under this offer.
• The actual value of the promotional benefits may vary depending on the free gift selected and the applicable market.
• The advertised total value is not a cash equivalent and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The stated values of the promotional benefits are based on the applicable XGIMI prices or other stated reference values and may vary by market. Where required by applicable law, any advertised value or discount will be calculated and presented in accordance with the applicable pricing and consumer protection requirements.

5. Promotional Benefit Delivery
• Free gifts may be shipped together with the HORIZON 30 Series projector or separately, depending on product availability and fulfillment arrangements.
• Delivery timing for free gifts may vary by region and may differ from the delivery timing of the HORIZON 30 Series projector.
• XGIMI is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond XGIMI’s reasonable control.

Order Cancellation, Refunds & Returns

• If an eligible HORIZON 30 Series pre-order is canceled or refunded, the associated promotional benefits may be canceled or withdrawn.
• If any free gift has already been delivered, XGIMI may require the free gift to be returned in accordance with the applicable return process and applicable law, or may deduct the applicable value of the promotional benefit from the refund amount, where permitted by applicable law.
• If the £400 XGIMI Ascend Coupon has been issued but the associated eligible order is subsequently canceled or refunded, XGIMI may cancel or deactivate the coupon.
• If a promotional benefit has already been redeemed or used, this may affect the amount or method of any applicable refund, where permitted by applicable law.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, return, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

General Terms

1. Offer Limitations
• The Pre-Order Offer is available only during the Promotional Period and while supplies last.
• Each eligible pre-order qualifies for the promotional benefits specified in these Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated on the applicable product or promotion page.
• Promotional benefits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or converted into cash value, except where required by applicable law.
• Unless otherwise stated, promotional benefits cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, coupons, or promotions.
• The Pre-Order Offer is intended for genuine consumer purchases. XGIMI reserves the right to exclude orders that appear to be placed for resale, commercial exploitation, fraud, abuse, or other unauthorized purposes.

2. Fraud Prevention
• XGIMI reserves the right to cancel or exclude any order or customer from the Pre-Order Offer if XGIMI reasonably determines that the order involves fraud, abuse, manipulation, unauthorized activity, resale, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• XGIMI may reject orders that are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, technically invalid, or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• XGIMI reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive activity and take appropriate action, subject to applicable law.

3. Modifications & Cancellation
• XGIMI may modify, suspend, or cancel the Pre-Order Offer where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.
• XGIMI may modify the promotional benefits where necessary due to product availability, supply limitations, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond XGIMI’s reasonable control.
• Any material changes to the Pre-Order Offer will be communicated through the official campaign page or other appropriate means where required by applicable law.
• By placing an eligible pre-order, customers acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

• XGIMI is not responsible for technical failures, network interruptions, website or checkout errors, payment processing errors, delayed or undelivered emails, inventory shortages, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the Pre-Order Offer or fulfillment of promotional benefits.
• XGIMI is not responsible for losses, delays, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, supply chain disruptions, carrier failures, or technical failures.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XGIMI will not be liable for losses or damages arising from participation in the Pre-Order Offer or the acceptance, possession, or use of any promotional benefit, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Promotional Period

• The XGIMI Giveaway runs from October 8, 2026, through October 20, 2026.
• Entries submitted outside the Promotional Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

• This Giveaway is open to individuals 18 years of age or older who reside in eligible regions served by participating XGIMI websites in Europe and North America, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
• Eligible countries and shipping destinations are subject to XGIMI’s applicable Shipping Policy: https://eu.xgimi.com/pages/shipping-policy
• The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Giveaway Details

1. How to Enter
• To enter, participants must subscribe to the XGIMI Giveaway during the Promotional Period by submitting a valid email address through the official campaign sign-up form.
• No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
• A purchase, pre-order, or any other transaction will not increase the chances of winning.
• Entry is confirmed once the participant receives a “Successfully Entered” confirmation message on the sign-up form.
• Each person is limited to one (1) entry, regardless of the number of email addresses used.
• Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

2. Winner Selection & Announcement
• XGIMI will randomly select four (4) winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
• The prizes consist of:
    • One (1) HORIZON 30 Pro
    • Three (3) Vibe One projectors
• One selected winner will receive a HORIZON 30 Pro, and three other selected winners will each receive one (1) Vibe One projector.
• The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Winners will be announced on this page on October 28, 2026, and will also be notified via the email address used to enter the Giveaway.
• XGIMI may request additional information from selected winners to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.

3. Prize Redemption
• Winners will receive an email with instructions on how to claim their prize.
• Winners may be required to provide shipping or additional information reasonably necessary to fulfill the prize delivery.
• No purchase or payment is required to claim a prize, except for any taxes, duties, or other charges that are legally imposed on the winner and cannot lawfully be paid by XGIMI. • If a selected winner does not respond within [7] days of the first notification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete the required claim process, XGIMI may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, where permitted by applicable law.

4. Prize Availability
• Prizes are subject to availability.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product, except where required by applicable law.
