3. Game Code Delivery & Privacy

Game codes are delivered via Email. If no QR code is provided, your code will be sent to the email used at checkout after delivery. Please ensure this email address is accurate.

8. The game code can only be redeemed in eligible PlayStation regions. Eligibility is based on the region registered to the user’s PlayStation account, which is typically set when the console is first connected to the internet.
Eligible regions include:

EMEA: Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand
APAC: Asia-Pacific regions, including Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India, etc.

9. For Predict the Match campaign
• All entries must be submitted before the match starts. Predictions close 30 minutes prior to kick-off. Late submissions will not be accepted. XGIMI’s server clock is the official time reference for this campaign.
• Winners for each match will be determined based on prediction accuracy. In the event of a tie (multiple participants with the correct prediction), the winner will be selected based on the earliest valid submission time according to XGIMI server records (first-come, first-served basis).
• Submission Requirements: Participants must complete the entry form, including email subscription and all required personal information. By submitting an entry, participants agree to receive campaign-related communications from XGIMI.
• Winner Allocation: Prizes are awarded on a per-match basis. Winner selection and prize distribution are subject to XGIMI’s discretion, campaign conditions, and product availability. Each participant is limited to winning a maximum of one (1) projector during the campaign period.
• Winners may be publicly announced on our website. Usernames or partially masked identifiers may be displayed for verification purposes. Official winner confirmation will be sent via email.
• If a selected winner provides invalid or incomplete information, or fails to respond within the required timeframe (e.g., within 7 days of notification), the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant based on the same selection criteria.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
